Ticketmaster

Design Manager & Designer
  • Lead the platform design efforts to unify the user experience of Ticketmaster’s enterprise tooling TM1.
  • Redefining the IA and navigation for the enterprise product, working horizontally across teams to streamline workflows.
  • Manage a team across UK and USA and support their development by introducing health check-ins and inclusive and safe regular design reviews.

OpenTable

Design Manager
  • Led the design team for the core restaurant enterprise vertical. Provided direction across 5 global teams that focus on streamlining restaurant operations and managing in-service payments.
  • Recruited and managed the talented enterprise design team across America and Australia
  • Matured the design craft by instilling processes including ‘OpenTable’s Product Development Process’ that guided design, engineering and product to engage with the entire UX lifecycle.

Therapy For Designers

Co-Founder & Facilitator
  • Co-founded the program with 2 fellow design managers when we saw a gap in designers sharing challenges and growing in soft skills
  • Hosted monthly sessions at OpenTable and Canva
  • Grew the online community to 240 designers in Melbourne and Sydney
  • Planning to expand in Berlin and London
